I am a retired Army veteran and Body Builder. I have been training people of all ages and levels of fitness for over 25 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Elite Trainer, Certified Weight Management Specialist and Certified Body Building Coach and Judge. My focus is on scientific training to achieve maximum results and help clients fulfill their goals. From injury comebacks, gaining muscle, losing weight to stepping on a stage or just feeling and looking better I have the education and experience to get you there. I can help you with all inclusive training, in depth training programs and phasing as well as meal plans and diets.

Philip was a fantastic personal trainer for me for almost a year! He really when down to the details when explaining things and knew his stuff. He built me a great regimen that I use regularly and knew how to focus on quality and not quantity. Highly recommend!!!

Phillip is THE trainer to have. In 6 months of working with him I lost over 30lbs, improved my mobility and learned to love going to the gym. The knowledge he shares is invaluable because he explains why you are doing the the exercises you are and the correct way to do them. He will be able to design you a program so that you don't spend hours in the gym but you will still accomplish your goals. You will not regret working with Phillip.

Phillip was awesome! It didn't feel like a cut and paste program. Phillip appeared to know what he was talking about and I was seeing results.

I only trained with Phillip for a short time but he was great! He was very focused on the places I was concern with the most. He taught me a lot in the time I worked with him!
