- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a consultation to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any limitations. From there, I create a customized training plan and provide guidance on nutrition and accountability. We track progress regularly, make adjustments as needed, and focus on building sustainable habits that deliver long-term results
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, CPR certified, USA Weightlifting certified, and CFSC certified. I have over 10 years of coaching experience helping clients improve body composition, build strength, lose fat, and prepare for physique competitions. I am also a Men’s Physique champion and continue to pursue advanced education in biomechanics, hypertrophy, and nutrition coaching
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a coach who focuses on results, education, and accountability—not just workouts. Ask about their experience, certifications, client success stories, and how they customize training and nutrition to your specific goals. The right coach should have a proven system and genuinely care about your progress
