Being in the wellness industry for over 8 years I’ve learned, the goal is to apply the right amount of stressors on the body to promote growth and change. Taking the beginning steps towards developing a foundation of building a strong mental and physical well being through a consistent routine. That requires fitness, diet, self care, & positive self talk!! My gym locations are Crull Fitness in Richardson, as well as FIT @ Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney.

Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Shawn kept me moving. Shawn is very personable and knowledgeable. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start my fitness journey. Mobility was a struggle for me and with the work Shawn did… my knees and hips have never felt better.

I hired Shawn to work with my mother for three weeks. Of course, she is elderly and was pretty badly deconditioned after a lengthy hospital stay. Shawn was outstanding - he showed a lot of patience and understanding with my mom, and she really appreciated his humor and enjoyed the exercises. She came out of the three weeks stronger and in better shape. Shawn has a program he believes in and he cares about his clients. Highly recommended.

Shawn is an Excellent trainer/motivator!!! He’s not a lazy trainer. He’s laser focused on you during the session, coaching you, encouraging and pushing you to be better. His athletic background helps make him a well rounded and knowledgeable of all types of training goals! I highly recommend him.

Where do I start? Shawn is by far professional, punctual, personable, motivating, and encourages you to be the best you. I did not know about this app but I was glad I found it and was glad that Shawn responded within a timely manner. He works with my schedule, and travels. I am lucky to be able to get a session with him multiple times a week! I was glad that he took his time to see the results I wanted and also took into consideration my injury of my knee. He suggested a doctor for me to go see before we start working hard on my knee area to be sure I did not make any permanent damage. If you don’t have a gym he has a gym for you to attend as well. He is not intimidating like some trainers, he actually makes sure he gets to know you and your habits to be sure you get the best service. Oh let me not forget that he calls and checks on you to be sure you feeling good and eating right also. Shawn is the total package of a Trainer! He’s such a great trainer I had to schedule to see him 3 times a week!!!

    I’m NASM certified, also former collegiate basketball player. Done volunteer work for senior homes
