- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free or discounted estimates and consultations that are waived if a project is completed by our team. Many times we can get partial or full payment by your insurance company also if the circumstances are right and our team are experts at storm-restoration, new construction, or regular roof repairs and replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an inspection and consultation followed by a quote or an agreement to work through insurance. With insurance claim jobs we only charge what the insurance company agrees to unless the homeowner wants extra work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the roofing and construction industry for over 20 years and in the insurance & storm restoration industry for over 15 years. Our team does weekly in-house training on inspections, storm damage, estimating and construction. We are members of the local Chamber of Commerce, BBB accredited, and a member of NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association).
