I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. When the technician arrived, the very first thing he asked about was money and who would be paying. That seemed to be his primary concern before he even looked at the sofa.
Before the cleaning began, I specifically pointed out several key stains and asked if they could be removed. These stains were very important because if they could not be addressed, we would potentially be looking at replacing the entire sofa. The technician assured me that he could remove them.
We watched the entire cleaning process, and it appeared that only a general cleaning was performed. There was no meaningful attempt to spot clean the specific stains we had discussed. The technician did not appear to have any specialized materials or products to address the problem areas, and there seemed to be very little concern about the stains themselves.
When we questioned the results, he stated that he could try a different method, but that would require scheduling another appointment. At that point, it felt like the main issue we hired the company to address had not even been properly attempted.
Overall, I am completely unsatisfied with the service and the experience. I wish I had chosen a different company.
