It was a very easy experience to get 4 exterior facing doors replaced. I interviewed several people for the job but none were thorough and professional. With other pros, I was worried the work quality would not be good. But these guys were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed dot be replaced, why, and let me know about additional costs associated with the door replacement. Cost was about in line with industry-standard I think, but the quality of the work and process was so much better

I contacted Bridgewood to install some new doors. Jeremiah came over and walked through the project with me. He was professional and friendly. As we were scheduling the project, he was very responsive and we found a time that worked. On the day of the install, his crew was punctual and very professional. In all, it was a very positive experience working with them.

I would rate this as a 3.5 if it was possible. The quality of the door and the warranty are worth the price. However, there were issues with the scheduling that made the entire project extremely frustrating. If I can find another company to match the look of the new door, I won't be using NTWS for the remainder of my project. I also didn't like the fact that it was never mentioned that the doorinstaller doesn't do finish work. The exterior of my door is framed with raw wood and caulk. If I had known beforehand, I would've had paint ready to finish up.
