Sarah is amazing! She is helping me understand how my body moves and holds stress, while teaching me the philosophical principles of healing, meditation and movement. I had such an amazing time — from the moment I walked in, the energy was calm, welcoming, and so uplifting. The instructor made everything feel effortless, even for someone who hasn’t practiced in a while. The flow was peaceful but powerful, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so connected in my mind and body. It was exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend this instructor enough — truly a beautiful experience that I’ll be coming back to again and again.
