Steve is a GREAT and trustworthy person and a GREAT Repair Man, he went way beyond his job to fix my washer, when accidentally a part got broken he ordered the part on his expense to fix my washer... when someone else would have abandoned me HE stood behind his words and came back to make sure my washer worked, not just that HE also fixed my Garbage disposal for FREE. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING SERVICE , can't ask for a better repair person. His number is( 972)632-6808 I would have given him 10 stars if it was possible. I highly recommend him to anybody with Appliance Repair issues.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Stephen was not only punctual, he talked with me over my issues and how he planned to resolve them up front. He was easy to talk to and very informed on repairs. I ended up not only getting my stove repaired but changed out my bad garbage disposal. Prices are reasonable.

Steve was very prompt to respond. He was able to identify the potential issue, order the part and come out within 24 hours to fix our washer. He showed up on time, was efficient in getting the work done and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. He will be my go to appliance repair person in the future.

Responded immediately to a request to repair my washing machine. They showed up quickly and on time. They were able to finish the repair quickly and the washing machine is working perfectly now with no leaks. I will absolutely use them again if I have an appliance repair need.
