Steve is a GREAT and trustworthy person and a GREAT Repair Man, he went way beyond his job to fix my washer, when accidentally a part got broken he ordered the part on his expense to fix my washer... when someone else would have abandoned me HE stood behind his words and came back to make sure my washer worked, not just that HE also fixed my Garbage disposal for FREE. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING SERVICE , can't ask for a better repair person. His number is( 972)632-6808 I would have given him 10 stars if it was possible. I highly recommend him to anybody with Appliance Repair issues.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Stephen was not only punctual, he talked with me over my issues and how he planned to resolve them up front. He was easy to talk to and very informed on repairs. I ended up not only getting my stove repaired but changed out my bad garbage disposal. Prices are reasonable.

I had an outstanding experience with Same Day Appliance Repair thanks to Stephen! From start to finish, his customer service was top-notch. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated clearly every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was especially impressed that he was able to squeeze me into his schedule right away—something that’s hard to come by these days! Stephen followed through on every commitment and made the dishwasher repair and install process completely stress-free. Steven was on time and let me know when he would be arriving as well as asking me for important make and model info for my whirlpool stove and what was issue as he had the correct part to repair as he was done in about 15 minutes as hd answered my questions and concerns as I will have him repair/ replace my heating element on my whirlpool dishwasher this weekend after getting necessary info as his prices are very fair and he is very courteous and professional in his work as I would recommend him for appliance repair for his honesty and knowledge as well as skills to replace and repair
