Contacting Norman was fast and we were so glad he was able to help us in a timely manner. He was punctual, letting us know he was on his way. Friendly and knowledgeable! We had other IT people try to connect my laptop to the printers but had no success. Norman was able to identify router and address issues to establish the correct link for the printers, some older models and some newer. Very glad to have Norman in our Contacts!!
