Introduction: I do alot of intuitive massage. my hands know where the body needs worked on. I also do alot stretching since very few adults stretch enough. Energy work is always included in what I do. If the person is having trouble relaxing I will do a guided meditation while massaging and it does help the person relax.
that I am able to help people who are in pain. Emotional pain also causes the body to tighten up as well. I love helping the body heal itself. It may have just been stuck and needed a little relief!
