- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in line with insurance and industry standards, we maintain competitive pricing through close relationships with our suppliers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers, whether a homeowner or an insurance agent, will meet with our roofing lead, Hunter. Hunter is a licensed adjuster with experience in determining if a roof has to be replaced and if so, what the best course of action is to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to our roofing lead being a licensed adjuster, having been trained by Travelers Insurance, our two owners both spent a decade as a licensed agent prior to starting a construction company.
