Online Personal Training is for you if you're someone who is committed to your goals but, could use the help of a professional to help structure your workouts, hold you accountable, and guide you along your journey.
Virtual Personal Training is for you if you're able to build a connection with me through your phone/screen. You'd rather not go to a gym, or simply can't make it to a gym. Who needs a gym? No equipment is needed, home workouts will be designed effectively to progress you.
In-Home Personal Training is for you if you're located in the DFW area. You also don't need access to a gym or equipment but if you do that's great! We will for sure utilize what you have available.
Nutritional Coaching is incorporated with all programs. I also offer supplements like protein shakes, energizing teas and vitamins through Herbalife Nutrition. This is for you if you'd like to enhance results quicker through healthy meal replacements.
Stretch Therapy is a new concept that is growing rapidly. Many people don't take the time to stretch. So, allow me to do it for you! I'll drive to you rather it be your work, school or home! Stretch sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long. This is for you if you want to move freely without restriction, increase your flexibility and range of motion, or decrease muscle stiffness/pain. I started this business because I know what it's like to not know where or how to start. I remember being overweight and not remembering how I'd got there. Feeling low energy, stressed and irritable all the time was tiresome. I was also tired of feeling "heavy." I've always had a passion for helping people and impacting other lives. I've always had a great love for sports and fitness too. After making enough excuses and becoming fed up with the way I looked and felt, I decided to take back charge of my own health.
I've come to terms that there are many misconceptions toward health and fitness out there, I'm here to help enlighten your journey and ensure you learn proper habits along the way. I use a holistic approach that focuses on client's overall wellness, not just fitness. You’ll notice behavioral changes towards nutrition, stress management and sleep.
I have a B.S. in Exercise and Movement Science with a concentration in Health Studies from Missouri State University.
Certified through American Red Cross for Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
Certified Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialists and Behavioral Change Specialist through the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine. (Coming April 2023)
