We had some issues at our house so we wanted to hire a home inspector. He came by and actually referred us to a specialist for our issue and I really appreciated his honest responsible approach. He could have take our money and then did the same thing but did not. Very good

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always invite them to the end of the home inspection to go over the report thoroughly. I like for my clients to understand the report so they know the house that they're buying.
