Ryan replied very quickly and had an opening for the next day, which was very convenient for me. Very peofessional and explained that he looks at the house as if he was working for the buyer. We are the seller. That made me trust his point of view.

We had some issues at our house so we wanted to hire a home inspector. He came by and actually referred us to a specialist for our issue and I really appreciated his honest responsible approach. He could have take our money and then did the same thing but did not. Very good
Very thorough inspection of my home prior to closing. Great communication from the start. He was quick to send the report and answer all my first time home owner questions. Highly recommended!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is a little bit below standard pricing of the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always invite them to the end of the home inspection to go over the report thoroughly. I like for my clients to understand the report so they know the house that they're buying.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the State of Texas TREC #23575. AHIT certified. Licensed termite inspector.
