Brandon has such a good work ethic. He values a lot about what you would learn about the experience and how to apply it later in life rather than just a simple workout trainer. He really wants you to push yourself to your limit and I’ve lost 50 pounds (now I weigh roughly 205 and still going). If you’re looking for a high quality trainer that values customers over bucks, I would highly recommend Brandon.

Having his personalized plans made every week, turned my year of little progress into big changes in just months. Mr. Brandon is very responsive when it comes to questions as well, never having to wait if I had a question with a workout.

Brandon was a very respectful trainer that really connected with me on a personal level. He has had so many experiences in his life that mirrored mine which really made me feel like I could get the same results as him despitr those circumstances. Being able to lose weight and gain some muscles with our training has made me feel way more confident being seen in public and going on dates (something I never did before)

He has a really cool app he uses to do all his virtual workouts and he always replied to my questions the same day. The diet plan was kinda tough tho and I wish he gave me more cheat days xD

Brandon helped me build on my fundamentals in the gym with easy to follow and well thought out exercises. The exercises he recommended for me had my own personal limitations taken into account (i have a bad knee). I look forward to further working on my health through his personable guidance.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    find someone who is more interested in your progress than your payments. A good trainer won't keep taking your money if you are not getting results.
