They clearly explained what work was necessary and what was optional, which helped me make informed decisions without pressure. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Its rare to find a plumbing company that lives up to its name, but they truly are "straight shooters." Highly recommended for anyone needing trustworthy plumbing services.

First of all, I want to acknowledge how helpful this company was. I called and spoke with multiple people who helped guide and assure me ( that my water heater and house were not going to explode, thank you Carlos and Rick!). When one did not know he got the higher up and had a conference call with me. Before giving a penny, before even agreeing to have work done, 3 members of this company gave me approx 1 hour of their time on multiple phone calls to get me proper answers for my questions. Incredibly thorough and patient.The work was prompt and there was much attention to detail. The plumber sent to do the work knew all details from my conversations with the original Three which made consultation to work being done a very smooth transition. Ethan was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable which set me at ease. He was comfortable to chit chat while working, friendly to share stories about his family. This is such a relief for my nerves as it can be stressful bringing a plumber in- I have had several poor experiences. He also cleaned his area, he did not leave a message for me. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and the crew. Thank you guys for being so professional. Yall got the work done in a VERY timely manner- a sink repair and a new hot water heater- and the price for work was well below what I was emotionally preparing to deal with. The competitive pricing is like the cherry on top. Again thank you, and for those in need their service is the best I've encountered.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Zack with Straight Shooter Plumbing fixed some major plumbing issues this past week for my elderly mother. He was honest and fair and treated my mother like family. Straight Shooter has gained some loyal customers! Thank you!

Had a great experience with this service. Communication was outstanding and I never felt out of the loop on the process. They had the best bid for the job as well. The master plumber explained his findings and came back the following day to ensure there were no leaks. I had a faulty Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) that keeps pressure to the house from being overloaded. He shared pictures of his work that included a test showing the pressure on the water faucet being in compliance and the area that needed to be dug up for the installation showing it was back filled. I felt they were honest throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this company.
