- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior, military, and, first responder discounts. (Valid ID will need to be presented) We give Free estimates and tax and service fee are built into the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting their Name, number, and address, learning about what they need done, and booking the appointment to get it done.
