If you need your home inspected, Corky is your guy! He was very thorough in the inspection process, he explained everything on the inspection report, he used some fancy equipment to ensure there were no issues with the foundation, and he promptly emailed a copy of the report to me and my realtor. He can also provide you with a separate termite inspection report (for a small fee) if your lender requires you to have one. The entire experience was easy, informative, and was definitely money well-spent!
