Introduction
I am a hands on owner. Every job gets my personal attention. As a US Army Veteran, I pay very close attention to detail and my work shows it. Being a business owner is challenging and keeps me motivated. I love when a job gets done right and years later you can say "I built that"

Sean presented as professional, very well organized and knowledgable. I had asked for proof of liability and Sean produced it. Sean also gives a one year warranty. He took care of everything including the 811 call and follow up. Sean found wires no one else had found and two companies came back out to assure him/me the wires were old and had no purpose. Sean's prices were in line with contractors who do not carry liability insurance. The fence is very attractive as well as functional.

We had our fence replaced by Twin City yesterday. They did an excellent job. We love the new cedar fence and have already gotten compliments from the neighbors about it. I know of at least one who is seriously considering going with Twin City for theirs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sean went above and beyond to deliver a high quality, great looking tree house. Very polite and kept good communication with me throughout the project. I highly recommend.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Although we can often quote by phone, I prefer doing it on site and in person. Once we look at a job and quite it we don't change the price, often when we don't get to see it we discover many obstacles that interfere with the job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not rely on price alone. A fence can be build cheap or it can be built right. Often you can't have both. Cheap materials are disastrous and you won't know until it's too late. A typical 6' fence could be as cheap as $8ft in materials but it won't last 5-7yrs. Materials are equally as important as the person building the fence. A good carpenter can make cheap materials look great but within 2yrs the fence begins to fail and its too late to do anything about it. Quality materials cost much more and make an estimate look considerably higher but don't be fooled. Integrity is a lost virtue in many cases. Somebody spending $8ft and charging $15 may look very attractive vs someone spending $14 and charging $20.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is your contractor insured? What grade materials does your contractor use? What nails or screws are being used? What warranty does your contractor offer? What references can they provide?
