We were so fortunate to have a recommendation to use Paul as our Home Inspector. Knowing that we were out of state buyers, he went the extra mile to help us out, accommodating our narrow window for completing the inspection and even coming out to our home on a weekend. He was very thorough and efficient, knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and patiently answered all of our questions. We were in the market for a newer home. Our realtor put us in touch with Paul Garza. Best thing we could have ever done. He went above and beyond what we expected. I'm pretty sure he put his hands or eyes on every part of the house. He saved us money on the house from stuff that needed to be fixed. He is a very down to earth nice guy. It was really great getting the full report that he does after the inspection. Nice detailed color pictures. Great description of the problem and recommendation to fix it. He even gave me pointers on how to fix them myself. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! If you are looking for an inspector, this is the guy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Professional Licensed Inspector for the state of Texas , continuing education is mandatory. Being a member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors , we are continually updated on new code and new methods of construction as well as Inspector protocol.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked in construction, both the commercial and residential sides for over thirty years. With that accumulative knowledge and being caught in a work force reduction with USG/LW corp. , I am continuing what I have always done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a Inspector with Field Experience, meaning someone who has actually worked in construction .
