- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virus/Malware removal runs $50-$75 depending on how bad. Total restoration runs 50-75, $75 + with data recovery. On-site computer repair is $40 an hour and on-site network repair/installation is $60 an hour. If you need parts or replacements let me know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and then do a walk through/discussion on what they are needing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
