Such a wonderful group of fair, honest and decent people to work with. Nick is the best! He took time to patiently listened to me and explained everything without pushing around the customer unlike other companies. He pays attention to customer's concerns and got the job done. Before him, I have tried with 2 other highly feedbacked AC repair companies found here on ThumbTeck and they either asked for costly replacements without diagnosing properly (or) disappeared after payment was made. Never willing to came back when the issue recurred within a few hours of their so-called "repair" which, in reality, nothing to do with actual causation of issue. I will ALWAYS use All Pro Services from now on and they get a faithful customer forward. Please use their genuine service. Highly, highly recommended!!

This is a scam service. They are only interested in charging a service fee. I contacted the company and they were very fast with their initial response and sent a technician out the next day. The technician arrived, asked 1 question, did not look at the dishwasher and gave an assessment of what was needed without looking at it. I asked how he knew what the issue was without looking at it and he said all dishwashers were the same and he could just tell. Then he charged the $75 service fee and said an estimate for the repairs would be sent before EOD. It has been 5 days, no one is responding to my messages and I have not received an estimate. But then again, how could an estimate be provided when the technician did not look at the dishwasher?

Rebecca, We do apologize if you feel you were scammed, we can assure you that this was not the case. Your call was ran Thursday afternoon and by the time the technician got back with the information for the repairs the manufacture was closed. We were then closed on Friday and Monday in observance of the holiday. On Tuesday when we got back in the office, we reached out to the manufacture and left a message to get pricing and availability for the part needed. Unfortunately they have yet to get back to us. Given the nature of your complaint we find it best to refund your service fee so you can find a company you are comfortable with to get your dishwasher repaired.
