Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I charge a flat fee depending on the work to be done, not an hourly rate. As a result, my motivation is to get the job done right the first time, and to do so in a timely manner. I tell the customer up front what the cost of my work will be. If parts are needed, I charge only what the parts cost, and provide receipts to prove it.

Jason was determined to fix a "ransomware" virus on my wife's computer. Although it presented challenges, he worked on the problem till it was resolved. I recommend Jason highly. Ramesh Rao

Jason was very thorough and good natured and easy to work with. My HP laptop hasn't been like this since I got it and he doesn't stall for time to make money like the other folks do.

Jason cleaned up our computer by getting rid of unnecessary programs, updated Firefox, moved our e-mail to another address, etc. We were pleased that he was on time, did everything we asked and made great suggestions, and his charge was very competitive. He will definitely be our go-to guy in the future.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll discuss the issue over the phone or via text or email, then coordinate a time to meet at the customer's residence or workplace. When I arrive, we can discuss further details, and I will get to work solving the problem.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Certified Ethical Hacker, which allows me to understand how viruses and other malware work and are employed by criminals. I also possess the A+ computer repair certification, Network+, Security+, Cisco's Certified Network Associate certification, Cisco's Certified Network Associate Security concentration certification, Cisco's Certified Network Professional Secure certification, and I'm DoD InfoSec and IASO certified. This amounts to a fairly in-depth knowledge of computers, networks, and the security of both.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
