The pre-booking conversations were very helpful and I felt good about booking with Austin Bounce House. On the day of my event, they arrived late, but got the rental set up before my party began. All of the staff, from Jeff to the delivery person, were super apologetic. And they gave us a discount that does not expire for future rentals. I thought that was very fair. I will rent from them again. The bounce house was a huge it, especially when we had an after-party and turned it into a wet slide. Sooooo much fun!

Carlos Martinez responded promptly to my request and was able to complete minor home repairs and a tenant "make-ready" for my apartment rental on time and with good results. His communication was clear and he was easy to work with. He sent before and after pictures of the key areas of work and even cleaned up the oven, which was not on the to-do list. Very nice!

I wanted to send a HUGE thank you to Adriana and Joe for the amazing job they did on our daughter's wedding at Villa Antonia... near Austin, TX! We opted for Tex-Mex cuisine, because we wanted our out of town guest to experience the true flavors of Texas. In order to perfect this meal, Adriana worked one on one with us to customize a meal that would suit all of our guests. The menu, consisting of chicken and beef fajitas, along with all of the sides was outstanding, and their service was exceptional! In fact, we have continued to get rave reviews about both! Plus, they can even furnish margarita machines which was an added bonus. We absolutely loved the food; however, I must say, that the best part about working with Adriana is that she makes herself so available to you. Anytime I had questions or needed answers I knew she was only a phone call away! She printed a map, with the floor plan of our venue, so we knew exactly where every table would be located, and worked with us until we both agreed on the best set-up. I'm not really sure that the average person is aware of how invaluable her crew is, and how essential they are to the wedding. Many of our items had to be rented for the wedding... such as all of the linens, chargers, china, glassware, and silverware. Adriana, coordinated everything with the rental facility that we used which allowed her to pick up and return all of those items. That enabled us to just enjoy our day. After picking up everything from the rental company, her crew returns to the venue and then the real work begins. They are responsible for setting up all of the tables and chairs throughout the venue. Then they place all of the tablecloths and napkins on the tables used for dining, along with the chargers, plates, silverware and glassware to prepare for the wedding that evening. I must say the tables looked beautiful, and were set up exactly like we had discussed. After that, they still have to prepare their own tables, serve the meal, clean up, and return everything to the rental company. In other words, please take some time when selecting your caterer, because you need to be sure you hire one that will make your life easier. Isn't that what we all want on our daughter's wedding day? I am very impressed with J. Grover's craftsmanship. His attention to every detail, his extra effort to take the time of explaining to me how he planned on completing the job as well as the quality of the job he did. I have a rental property, to put it mildly the previous tenants vandalized before the vacated the property. The punched holes in the walls, broke the baseboards, busted a few door jams and somehow even tore up the privacy fence. J. Grover repaired everything. Actually, when the job was complete the property was in better shape than when I rented it out previously. My family has been blessed to find a quality contractor that we can count on. I highly recommend J. Grover contracting and property maintenance. Thank you J, I'm sure we will see you again.
