- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A few years ago, I went to a monthly payment schedule like many other instructors do ($125 a month for weekly, 30 minute lessons). This helps with payments for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I customize lessons for every student. Working with a new client consists of getting to know them, hearing about their musical history, preferences and genres, and creating a custom plan for them to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Art/Music from Eastern Oregon University.
