Pat and Leyla were fantastic. I just finished my second bathroom remodel with them and I was blown away. The quality of the workmanship is amazing. It looks like a model home. Love my new shower! I can't say enough good things about them. Pat is very good at communicating every step of the process. He cares about you AND his work! They go out of their way to make sure everything is just right! I left town for a week while they did most of the work and I had no qualms about giving them the keys to my house. Pat texted me photos to show the progress. They always show up on time in the morning, worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up before leaving. Pat even picked up my vanity and shower for me so I didn't have to pay for delivery. I highly recommend they guys! You may have to wait awhile to get on their calendar, but it's worth it! It is hard to find a good, reliable contractor especially when you are planning to remodel the master bathroom in the house where you expect to stay for the next 15 years. We looked at different websites (Yelp, Angie's list etc...) and met and talked to more than 10 contractors but at the end, there was something that was missing or wrong (too expensive, too long to reply to email, too much subcontracting etc...) until we met Pat. We initially scheduled an appointment at 8:00 am and he was right on time, explained us clearly the different difficulties that we may have and provided us with an estimate of amount of time to complete the work (6 weeks). Between our first meeting and the beginning of the work Pat provided us a detailed schedule of the work he is planning to do and was frequently sending us an update of the status of the job that he was doing. He wasn't the cheapest, but we really appreciated the way he was communicating with us for our project. He stopped by two more times to check with us some details that we were worrying about before the beginning of the work. It was also an occasion for us to meet his wife Leyla. At the end, we didn't regret our decision to hire Pat. During the whole time of the project, Pat was always on time, protecting our hardwood floor at the beginning of the day and cleaning it at the end of the day. During the 6 weeks of the project, Pat was always keeping us up to date with the progress of the work and was sending us pictures while we were working. He was perfectly on time and was doing a very good job taking care of all small details. We had some delays but it was only related to other companies that we worked with (countertop, cabinets etc...) and Pat was always here to provide us feedback and recommendation based on his experience. We also appreciated that Pat was dedicated 100% of the remodeling project without subcontracting the work. He was doing a perfect team work with his wife and we really appreciated his dedication and the quality of his work. Another big advantage is that Pat and Leyla were super friendly with our dog and didn't mind having him at home while they were working. When the project was done, Pat came couple of times to see if everything works well. We will be working with Pat and Leyla on our future projects !!Dec 23, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I come and take a look at the project, I take notes and put together the information and then I e-mail the job details and pricing to you. I do not take a lot of your time and I do not sit in your house and try to make you buy my services. This is not typically how this business works. Be ready to have to sit and be lectured and sold to by the salesperson from other companies. I do not operate this way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I earn your trust and respect. You know that you can rely on me to do what I say and to make this a great experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I learned the business by working with a contractor for over two years before I ever actually did any of my own work. That has been over 10 years ago and I have been on my own ever since.
