SAM Premier Cleaning helped get our rental property ready for the next tenant. They were able to complete the “make ready” clean which included cleaning all rooms & appliances - behind the refrigerator, inside the cabinets, inside the dishwasher, behind the washer & dryer, windows etc. They did an amazing job with touch up painting and with a sheetrock repair. I’m thankful that I was able to find several services with the same company. It was nice not having to find different businesses for each issue. SAM Premier Cleaning was responsive, texted to confirm our appointment the day before & texted to let me know they were in route the day the service was to be completed. They were professional & worked diligently the entire time. I’m very pleased with the quality of work & the value.
