- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I seperate my prices if house is Vacant, occupied, height of walls, coats(usually 1) i let you know if it needs 2 coats before starting the job; and material is all calculated in all put together
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new client its understanding color they want it tells me how many coats the house will take, tells me how long the project will take and material that will be needed. Frequently ask question that i always get is what color you recommend the most my response is Agreeable gray lightest color,nuetral and visable color.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Degree in bussiness which allows me to work and manage the company at a good pace, time expectancy, and multi-task
