King Painters performed great work for us in collaboration with Floor Masters ATX. Provided our business with 5 star service and execution of work required at our Liberty Hill warehouse location. This collaboration was done in part due to Efren of Kings Painters + crew and George of Floor Masters ATX providing us with what we needed rather than just what we wanted. Our walls required painting and floors some prep. We proceeded to get walls painted and we are happy with the execution for the type of results we wanted. Communication was concise, consistent, clear and with excellent follow up and disclosure. Convenient payment options provided, the crew was professional and showed up on time. The work was done and completed really fast of which we have 16 foot high walls. Price and cost of job was very reasonable. Both businesses will definitely be doing work on our primary residence and investment properties alike. The crew properly prepped space before hand , Efren asked clarifying questions to ensure we were in the know on progress and satisfied also they cleaned up work space and cleaned as they worked. King Painters and their affiliate Floor Masters ATX are highly recommended!

They came on time. They were friendly. They did a great job painting our stupidly high ceilinged living room. I don't know if you've painted recently (we painted other smaller rooms) but it is hard work. We couldn't even imagine how to tackle it. So, I am impressed. They also dripped zero paint anywhere I can see. The price was fair and we are happy.

We just moved from out of state and were disappointed in the paint left by the sellers. I called Efren and he came by the next day for an estimate. His pricing was fair and he and his helper were able to get my entire house (3000+sf) painted in a short amount of time with very little notice. Efren's attention to detail was high and his service was fast, professional and courteous. Efren will be the first and only call I'll make next time I have a large scale painting project. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I seperate my prices if house is Vacant, occupied, height of walls, coats(usually 1) i let you know if it needs 2 coats before starting the job; and material is all calculated in all put together
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new client its understanding color they want it tells me how many coats the house will take, tells me how long the project will take and material that will be needed. Frequently ask question that i always get is what color you recommend the most my response is Agreeable gray lightest color,nuetral and visable color.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Degree in bussiness which allows me to work and manage the company at a good pace, time expectancy, and multi-task
