I'm passionate about helping people have a work/life balance, and tackle blockers such as limiting beliefs and negative self-talk so they can enjoy their health, family, career and passions. Many clients come to me feeling burnt out and/or stuck in a job or challenging situation. I share tools and tactics to get unstuck and discover a purpose to help them feel fulfilled. I offer customized accountability and support throughout the week, so clients feel supported even between sessions.

I contacted the Clo in order to get a clear picture of what i wanted to do and the response to this request was extremely positive and thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable, understanding and could figure out what I needed and what would be the best course of action for me in just a few meetings. This was a important decision for me so I’m glad she was prepared and gave me the tools I needed to work towards my goals. The process has been extremely smooth as well, I highly recommend her.

Working with Clo was a major turn in my life--no lie. I was really struggling with finding a new job after I lost my job of 11 years. I was devastated and very lost. I was also struggling with my sobriety and really needed to find my way so I didn't crash. A friend of mine used to work with Clo and mentioned she had become a "lifecoach" and was looking for clients. I had to read up on what a lifecoach was and it did sound like something I needed especially when I chatted with her and she talked about helping people find their career. She was a great listener and helped me discover the type of job that would work with my personality. She helped with my resume polishing, mock interviews and all that. It took a couple of months but I didn't give up, because SHE didn't give up. I'm steadily working at a place with a cool manager, I learned about setting boundaries and not letting outside pressure force me to go after something I don't really want. I'm sober and doing well.
I liked working with her and I would do so again. I'm a hard nut to crack but I'm glad I gave her a chance to help me. Thank you Miss "Bossy"! jk!

I was fortunate enough to come across Clo while looking for a lifecoach to help me navigate a scary transition from the tech industry into the culinary world. I had made a leap of faith and realized quickly that I'd need some support, guidance, strategy, and assistance in navigating such a big moment in my life so far. I also didn't want to go with some fancy company that would treat me like another transaction in their books. Finding Clo was a godsend because she's extremely knowledgable in this space, and has a ton of experience to pull from while giving guidance that's attainable, scalable, and easy to act on. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Discovery call is free (30 min) via Zoom, Doxy.me, or over the phone. Packages are available for working with me short and long term.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send a short questionnaire for the customer to fill out and then we schedule a 30-min complimentary discovery call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in senior leadership for over six years and a small business entrepreneur for over 15 years. I have learned a lot about being a servant leader with high emotional intelligence and an organized, savvy woman in the professional tech field. I've always loved developing folks and once I gained my Life Purpose Coaching certification, Career Coaching certification, and finally my Happiness Life Coaching certification, I am able to clearly help those who need to discover their "fire" and develop positive habits to live a fulfilling life.
