Angel is a great personal trainer! He is knowledgeable and is very thorough when explaining each exercise. He has helped me work towards the goals I have set for my physique. With Angel’s assistance I feel and look much stronger than I have ever felt before. In addition, I have gained confidence within the gym that I didn’t have prior to working with Angel. Angel is a great personal fitness trainer! I joined LA Fitness in Round Rock and he was the trainer I decided to go with. I have always hated the gym, but I am going to be working for the Austin Fire Department and needed to get in to the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. Angel has not only shown me my own willpower to get it done but he has taught me a ton about being in the gym and making my workouts work FOR ME. In 3 months I have gained exponential confidence in the gym and have seen great overall results. I have lost 15 lbs, about 8% body fat, and actually have definition and very noticeable muscle mass increased, lower abdominal fat, and my diet has become significantly healthier with Angel's advice. We achieved this with only two sessions a week for 25 minutes! Angel has a degree in getting you in shape, and he is focused and goes above and beyond to make sure you reach your goals. If you need to get in shape for Fire Department, Police, Marshals, Security, Military, or just want to become a better you, Angel is there to make it happen and make you smile and laugh along the way!

Angel is extremely professional in his training techniques and thorough in his training. He is detailed in explaining the exercises to you. I've been training with him for two months with noticeable results. I can't wait for the end result. I know I will be satisfied.
