- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with you and develop a plan that fits your needs and budget. We also offer package deals to lower the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is just talk with you and find out what your needs are. Then explain the next steps. Once we determine that we both feel it is a good fit, we send you a detailed agreement so there is no surprises. Once we agree on the price and terms, we setup a meeting / conference call to discuss a plan of action. This is also when you are introduced to your assigned Investigator. After everyone is on the same page, we start working on your case. We communicate with you throughout the whole process, until the case is closed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Steve Parrish has been an Investigator for over 17 years, working on cases ranging from corporate fraud, custody cases, theft, missing persons, and even Body Guard services.
