- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start is with a phone call to us. This allows us to ask the right questions and gives you a chance to ask about the team, the process or anything else going on in your mind that’s causing concern or hesitation since usually this is their first time going through this process. With the mind at ease, we can move forward and get things rolling. Typically, once we understand what you want, we will go through each step of the project. This covers everything from support to maintenance. We love being able to help clients thought this process. We are here to help guide you through the process any way we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in the company is certified in SEO, and has graduated college. Some of our employees have worked for top Sales and Marketing companies such as Google, Netflix, Visa and Rackspace. Everyone has also designed, developed and worked with a number projects and is experienced not only in marketing but web development as well. The most important thing we can relate to you is everyday there is new information. This can be from new Google algorithms or other accelerating changes. This rapid fire hose of information is what we stay on top of. This gives you the peace of mind that the end results for you are going to new, not something from years ago.
