Ryan and his crew helped us tremendously on our move to Houston. Our Pack Rat pod was delivered and we quickly realized it would be too small for our belongings. We called On the Road Again and asked if they had availability to move our belongings to a storage unit in Houston/Cypress instead of just loading the pod at our location. This meant they would have to drive to Houston and back in one day. They were accommodating, punctual, professional and kind. It had been a mess of a week leading up to our move and they saved the day. We feel so lucky they were able to help us and for their services we feel price was also reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The labor for your move would be billed at our competitive rate. We bill a one time $85 travel fee for cost of fuel and travel for your move. No charges for elevators, long carries or extra stops. And.... absolutely NO hidden fees. Our rate includes the moving truck and a (2) man crew. These are seasoned movers that know the trade well. The rate also includes all tax, insurance, pads, dollies, wrap, tools for assembly/disassembly required, and fuel.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am super pleased when our crew is able to save our customers money by completing their move without damage and more quickly than quoted.
