- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a great passion for film and video. My father took 16mm home videos of my sister and me at special occasions and I was always very interested in the whole process. I purchased my first video camera before my oldest son was born and have had an incredible time documenting my children's lives while I learning the craft of video shooting and editing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our business is wedding videography. I feel very fortunate to have been able to attend and film so many special weddings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before hiring a videographer, get to know them and their work. When viewing samples, remember that this is their best work. Judge out of focus and shaky footage very suspiciously. If you are seeing it then it is probably the best that they can do.
