We are a husband and wife team. We personally take care of each account. We are originally from Texas. However, while living in Colorado for 19 years we had a cleaning business there and have now brought our expertise back home to Texas. We do both commercial and residential windows. We are insured and bonded. There is a measure of self worth and satisfaction from working hard. The flexibility of our schedule allows us to take care of our elderly parents and grand parent. We enjoy meeting new people in the community. In a day and age where some companies no longer care about providing good service, we pride ourselves in providing you the best service.

Steve & Anita were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! All of the many windows on my two story house gleamed when they were through, and I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to clean out the window tracks and wash the screens thoroughly. I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

Communication and scheduling was friendly and professional (thanks Anita). Steve made sure to call ahead before he came over-was punctual. He did a great job getting the windows clean, even some of our "filmy" ones. He made sure to point out on one or two of them that they didn't look as clean because there was some "fogging" going on between the panes (the windows are about 24 years old after all). Made sure that after the cleaning all the window screens were put back on. I felt like he was paying good attention to the details. Good overall experience - don't hesitate to give them a call.

The team cleaned the windows, inside and out, on my two story home. They showed up on time, moved through the process in a very methodical and professional fashion, and did an excellent job cleaning 8 years of gunk off the windows at a very reasonable price. And they even retrieved a golf ball out of my gutters. :-)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The range can vary depending on if we are cleaning hard water stains, environmental build up, removing screens or having to use ladders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You really can't give an accurate bid over the phone. We will come out and do an onsite free estimate. Typically this takes only a few minutes. Next we prepare the estimate within 24 hours. Lastly, we schedule a day and time to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We had a cleaning business in Colorado for many years and we provided various cleaning services.
