- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You cannot break down the system in a few sentences. Residential is different from Commercial and is different from Medical and different from Industrial. A on-site quote is always the surest way to be accurate. Plans that would explain everything for a job; the average customer could not afford and oft times it is just not needed. An on site Quote is always best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education for plumbers is a mandatory course for all plumbers to renew their license. To keep abreast of the evolution that affects our trade continued education is every day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid in what was the 3rd generation you didn't think about it, you just did what Dad said. You know like don't forget to milk the cows before you go to school. Mine was don't forget to clean the truck, shop, put away the material into stock, etc. I was 25 before I realized a was a plumber and 35 when I decided to be the best one. When I reached 45 it was " time to put back into what has taken care of me my whole life" . My son will be the 4th generation.
