James Margic was an excellent inspector! His professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. As first time home buyers my husband and I had a lot of questions and James was patient with us and walked us through all of his findings. I wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend to any of my friends. Our Realtor is planning to add him to their brokerage firm reference list and use him again too!

James just did a inspection for a house we are planning on buying. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, going out of his way to show us the things he was finding and explain them to us. James arrived mid afternoon (on-time) to do the inspection and we had the report in our hands the following morning. I would not hesitate to recommend James to friends/family or anyone needing a professional home inspection.
