FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The vast majority of our customer relations begin with referral from satisfied clients. However, much of our growth has also come from exposure to our website and advertising. Once contact has been made we arrange for an in person meeting, or if that isn't possible, we make an on sight analysis of the repairs needed or, in the case of plaster, tile and coping, take the required measurements and get back to the homeowner with the estimated costs involved in meeting their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Completion of Certified Pool Operator licensing, Rapak Heater training and other vocational instruction. Extended back ground in equipment and above ground piping repairs.
