Mansur was great! He responded to my request immediately and came out the next day, providing all of the equipment and the exact mount for what we wanted. He took his time making sure everything was perfect, having us test out different heights from various viewing angles while he held everything in place. He even offered to remove the mount and lower it at no cost if we weren’t satisfied with the height. We’re very happy with our newly mounted TV!
