Ivan from Leaky's Plumbing, Heating and A/C did a maintenance service on my HVAC system which also had a clogged and leaking condensation drain. He came out the same day I called for service. I was very pleased with Ivan's customer service, skill and efficiency. He showed and explained to me what happens when the drain is plugged. He left the work area clean. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

A very professional service that doesnt play around with good prices, strong morals and principles as it relates to honesty in serving the consumer here in San Antonio!Had to call them today, for a Service Required, notification message on my Trane thermostat. Corey came out within ONE HOUR of the call, during peak season! Im so appreciative of the dispatcher getting my service filled quickly. Anyway, Corey diagnosed the issue quickly. Educated me on the simple troubleshooting and had our unit working LITERALLY less than a few minutes on site! Even though its 100+ out today, Corey maintained his professionalism, respected my home w/ wearing shoe covers and explained what he was doing. Absolutely lovely experience with this company!I WILL NEVER have any other company service my two HVACs other than Leakys!Thank You, for being professional! Many companies today, arent like you guys! Fair, principled and strong morals with your commitment to servicing consumers!

If there was anything less than 1 star, I’ll give it.
Called them out to fix a toilet, the dude tried to upsell me $800 to replace the flange entire the spot for the brackets in the new toilet wasn’t high enough.
Long and short: he didn’t put the new toilet in. I didn’t believe his explanation, it was a busy day but it is what it is. Frustrated, I told him that night I’ll fix it myself.
This guy goes out to swear and tell me “folks on the north side never wanna pay, I knew it” I live in stone oak.
Fast forward, all I had to do was rotate the old flange to sit better on the floor - thanks DR Horton.
The owner/manager called. I told him what had happened and I didn’t feel I was right plus I fixed the toilet myself. He gave a half arse apology and told me he’ll call me back. Never did. Next thing they started sending notes to my mail threatening a lawsuit and collections and my wife fell for it while I was traveling and paid.
Terrible experience of course will never hire again. I’ll wait for someone on their team respond and tell me this didn’t happen
