Overall, I’m happy with the work. Communication was great, and everything got handled quickly and efficiently. The price felt a little high for the kind of leak I had, but I understand things are getting expensive these days. In the end, I’m satisfied with the results.

Excellent service. I needed to replace about 60 feet of pipe from the city meter to the outside water softener back to the house and Jesus did everything according to code. New PRV and all new pipe. A+++ great prices and he will make sure to do the job right the first time.

Out of all the plumbers I have used in the past, Knockout Plumbing has been the fastest to respond to what I called an EMERGENCY. Aside of the immediate response, Jesse was very professional as well as personable. Jesse did the thorough evaluation on my plumbing and was able to determine where the leak was occurring. After first checking the SAWS digital reading, he was able to determine that flow was occurring even after everything was turned off. He checked all plumbing that was accessible and found that the leaking was occurring at the toilet shutoff valve. When speaking to us, he detailed every possible scenario of leak possibly. Jesse was very professional when discussing his fee and parts price. Knockout Plumbing's price was very reasonable. Knockout Plumbing take credit cards and he provided a discount when paying in cash. I have now added Knockout Plumbing in my contacts as my plumber. I will definitely recommend them whenever anyone ask if I know a good reasonable plumber. I give them a rating of 5 for the excellent response time, professional treatment, and pricing.
