- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary from job to job and even month to month. Don't think we just change prices because it's the busy season, in fact we usually are running specials every month (maybe every other month). We do give a military discount because I am a disabled veteran. Call us to see what we have going on this month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a paperless company, because we are a small family owned company we need to keep some cost down. All estimates and invoices are emailed or texted to clients. Once job is completed they all sign their warranty either via PC with a PDF reader or in person on our phone/tablet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because my work is a trade there is no education needed just a professional that knows how to train you on the job. I do however have a AA in web design and a bachelors degree in business management.
