Introduction: I offer individual, partner, and small group training. Personal training gets results! A comprehensive fitness assessment will take place prior to starting a workout program in order to develop a plan to reach your fitness goals in the fastest, safest, and most effective way possible. Boot Camps: Boot camps are setup as 4-week programs and we'll meet 3x a week, for those four weeks. Boot camps are one hour high-intensity workouts that will combine a variety of body weight exercises with movement and dynamic flexibility drills, plyometrics, agility drills, sprinting, and core exercises that will blast away those calories. You will also receive a cardio program to follow for the duration of those four weeks. Weight and body fat will be measured at the beginning and end of the program to measure your progress.
