Ken did a great job fixing a hole in our carpet and stretching carpet in several locations. Professional, arrived on time, and did a great job. Can't hardly tell there was ever an issue, carpet looks good as new.

I needed the carpet restretched in a couple of rooms, and Carpet Medics responded quickly with an immediate quote that offered the best value compared to the others I received. They scheduled a technician for the very next day, and Kenny communicated before arriving and showed up on time.
Kenny was very professional. After inspecting the carpet, he explained in detail what he could do to fix the issue and reviewed the quote with me, which matched the original price. He completed the repair quickly and remained courteous throughout the visit.
The only drawback was discovering at payment time that they don’t accept credit cards—only cash, Venmo, Zelle, or check. This would have been helpful to know in advance. I didn’t have cash or a check with me, but Kenny was patient while I set up Zelle on my Chase app for the first time.
Overall, the payment surprise aside, I was very pleased with both Kenny’s professionalism and the quality of the work.
