Chef Rick Gorena has been trained by some of the finest chefs in South Texas, and is extremely comfortable in creating Greek, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, French, American, and Mediterranean cuisines just to name a few. Rolling Chef also specializes in BBQ service that is customer friendly and always prepared & mesquite smoked in our huge custom made pit/smokers. Chef Rick has also been trained in the fundamental and advanced baking genre by some of this State's finest baking and pastry chefs.... gourmet cookies, cakes, pies, custards, homemade puff pastry, adult novelty desserts are some of his favorites to create.
Chef Rick did his internship at a prominent local area catering company and almost immediately became the head chef for almost two years.
