Countdown Catering was awesome! John Belvin, the owner, was professional, extremely kind, and was willing to work with the prices. I will recommend this company to all my friends who needs a caterer. The food was excellent. His asparagus and crawfish ettoufe' received the highest reviews from my guests. Lastly, John provided a taste testing prior to being hired at NO cost. He wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our choice. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Countdown Catering for making my event so special! We will be using you again!

I am so happy with the result that Countdown Catering brought to the table. Since the beginning they were really helpful I wouldn't be happier with everything that they provided. From the service to the food everything was excellent. John was always available for consulting. It was a pleasure to work with him during this amazing journey. My wedding was amazing and couldn't had been possible without his amazing services.

Great service. Delicious bbq brisket and chicken. I don't usually care for pinto beans, but my whole family does so I ordered them. I tried the beans with my meal & unbelievably delicious. I loved them & would use this caterer again & again. Thank you John Blevin for helping make my daughter's wedding a success.
