What began with award-winning BBQ has grown into a full catering company offering scratch-made favorites across Texas BBQ, American, Italian and Mexican-inspired menus.
From corporate lunches and casual celebrations to weddings, milestone events and intimate private-chef dinners, we tailor the food and level of service to fit the occasion. Johnny was very friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to my questions and concerns and on date of event, he arrived as he scheduled. He set up all the food and utensils and plates and was gone as soon as he was done. The food was enjoyed by all.

Our party 16 with a variety of kids was so pleased with Johnny’s work. The meals were simple but delicious. There was plenty for all with leftovers. Johnny was very easy to work with and he provided multiple options for the menu. His fruit trays were wonderful too! I highly recommend him!

Our pricing is based on the need of the clients. We have base prices that include delivery and set up. Prices will go up based on the services requested.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love cooking and I love competing. I started with competition BBQ and Chili Cook Offs simply cause they are the most common types of food competitions. After seeing my success and receiving great feed back, I decided to offer my food to everyone to share with friends, family and colleagues.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We can do lunch time deliveries for your daytime meetings. We also handle parties of all types.
