Longhorn Catering went above and beyond all expectations for our State Competition, an event with over 400 people. They worked with us to customize our menu to adapt for vegetarians, gluten free participants, and even saved the day with a last minute request. We had stellar reviews from many of our participants about the lasagna and salad. It seemed like their whole family came out to help make everything perfect for us, but every single person in their family team was highly professional and focused. Even with our somewhat chaotic volunteer-run event, everyone from Longhorn Catering was cool, collected, and friendly. And fast! We couldn't believe how quickly they moved everyone through the two buffet lines. Hot food was kept piping hot, cool food was kept nice and cool, and everything was kept tidy and clean. Truly stellar food, service, coordination, professionalism, all delivered and managed by kindhearted folks. Our nonprofit works all over the state and we wish we could take Longhorn with us to every event we'll ever host. We would trust them completely with any event we host in south Texas! Thank you for helping make our event wonderful!

Longhorn Catering was more than we expected! The food was memorable and our guests still talk about it :) They were great to work with! Set up was early and ready; food was hot and delicious; the staff was friendly; take down was easy! I'll likely be working with them again!
