Sam, from Manna Catering, did a stupendous job. An amazing job, catering a very formal Ribbon Cuttting Event, with the Chamber of Commerce and local and military leaders in attendance, 78 people. My boss at the last minute decided he wanted something very formal, appetizers and china and silverware. He had two days notice. I had been working with local restaurants, who cater, but none had the china,etc. I checked out your service and found Manna Catering. Sam met with me that afternoon, two days before the event. He worked out all the details, rented the china had amazing food and appetizers (cerviche...mmmm), real Mexican, which is what we wanted. Came out night before to set up, Presentation was exquisite. Everyone complimented how wonderful the presentation and the food was. I would use Manna Catering in a heartbeat. In fact, no reason to call anyone else. He aims to please. Price was right, too.

Very professional and outstanding experience. Sam and his team were simply amazing. From setting up, catering to each attending to each guest as they came to each station. Attending to everyone's needs . The food is what the guest continued to talk about days after the party. His set up of street tacos, fruit table, ceviche, nachos, and aguas frescas were all on point and delicious. There was nothing that I had to worry about as I knew they had it under control. My simple birthday party was a huge success thanks to Manna Catering. I highly recommend them.

Sam Sanchez, Manna Catering did an incredible job for our special event. He
went to extra lengths to provide special attention to each and every
detail. The food was fabulous - very fresh and tasty.
We've had many events where we served food but we have had more
compliments on the food for this event than any other event!
Sam's presentation was spectacular. The buffet tables looked beautifully
enticing!
All his suggestions were great - he's very professional but very
accommodating and easy to work with. We were more than satisfied. I would highly
recommend Manna Catering!
We can't wait to book our next event with Manna Catering!

I hired Manna Catering for my December wedding. Sam was a pleasure to work with! He made my family and I feel so special by coming to our home to do a tasting. The food was AMAZING! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the tamales and street tacos. It was exactly what I wanted for my guests - to truly enjoy the food!
