Excellent service and food! I highly recommend Manna Catering for your events. Sam will make sure to provide a wide variety of food options and he will also work with you budget. My colleagues, corporate partners and students at Our Lady of the Lake were very impressed with the quality and flavor of Sam's food.

Sam, from Manna Catering, did a stupendous job. An amazing job, catering a very formal Ribbon Cuttting Event, with the Chamber of Commerce and local and military leaders in attendance, 78 people. My boss at the last minute decided he wanted something very formal, appetizers and china and silverware. He had two days notice. I had been working with local restaurants, who cater, but none had the china,etc. I checked out your service and found Manna Catering. Sam met with me that afternoon, two days before the event. He worked out all the details, rented the china had amazing food and appetizers (cerviche...mmmm), real Mexican, which is what we wanted. Came out night before to set up, Presentation was exquisite. Everyone complimented how wonderful the presentation and the food was. I would use Manna Catering in a heartbeat. In fact, no reason to call anyone else. He aims to please. Price was right, too.
