- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 18 years old getting out of high school. Becoming a new dad and didn't know what I wanted out of life yet. I knew I love to talk to people and fix things. I saw an ad on the paper hiring Ac people. So I gave it a try. I fell in love with the trade. Knowing every day something new i will learn. I ask questions and questions. Wanting to know why you had to do this way and that way to make it work. My model is to make the customer happy that why I'm there for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look around ask questions if you feel they are giving you a really cheap price for the work there about to perform. More likely you getting what you paying for. It good to be inform on work there about to do. I like explaining to my customers what the part do to keep the system working .
