- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tutoring rate is simple, $40/hr. Cash preferred, checks accepted. Sailing lessons: Based rate is $180 per person per day. A day consists of 4 hours on the water sailing lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a minimum of 200 hours of continuing education each 5 years. More recently, I have been averaging 72 hours of continuing education peer year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has always been involved in education. My mother was the head of Deaf Education at TCU. My aunt was the first Director of Public School Libraries for TEA. Several of my uncles were teachers.
